Location in Padstow was perfect. A very short walk into the centre. Off street private parking a real bonus. Lovely outlook from the patio.
Parts of the house were very dated. It was obvious the kitchen and bathrooms had been modernised. The bedrooms though very old fashioned and the bedding old and cheap. The garden is rather neglected, the path leading up to the house was overgrown and you had to walk on the grass which needed a good cut. It was a shame as the house just felt a little unloved and could be an absolute stunner. No welcome pack so took a little while to find our way around, like the laundry room outside and where the iron and ironing board kept.

Super cottage in a great location. Lovely garden which would be great in the summer for children and dogs to enjoy safely.
The cottage was well equipped and warm for a November stay.
Silly comment but some bigger mugs for the morning cuppa would be nice!
