Stunning views, comfortable, clean apartment. We were there 16 days and very happy. Wide balcony/terrace good for sunbathing (although only one sunlounger). Added benefits were garage for car and a lift up to apartment. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Very safe, gated property. Friendly hostess. Hondarribia is a lovely town with good restaurants, wide flat beach and car-free walking areas with bars and little shops. Can recommend the Arroka Berri restaurant just down the road. Would stay here again if in the area.
One or two issues which did not spoil our overall enjoyment but:
Kitchen appliances were complicated and no instructions in English.
The family has very young children 20 months and nearly 4yrs so it can get noisy during the day and early evening. We did not use the pool and it would have felt awkward/intrusive because the family use it in good weather. I think you could swim by arrangement with the hostess. If you like sunbathing the balcony is fine.
