La décoration, l'emplacement, la terrasse. La chambre séparée. C'est très bien pour un court séjour.
L'isolation phonique avec l'étage du dessus. Comme l'appartement est dans une ancienne maison , on entend les bruits de pas tambouriner. C'est bon a savoir si on y est sensible ou si on souhaite rester plus longtemps.

Appartement propre et bien agencé, en rez de jardin c'est agréable pour profiter du beau temps que j'ai eu à Limoges. Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir accepté que je rentre dans le logement plus tôt que prévu. Arrivé par le train j'aurai du attendre un bon moment dehors.
Un petit bémol l'eau de la douche s'évacue mal. Le matelas du lit est moyen.

Die Lage zum centrum ist perfekt, ca 17 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Garage für das Auto war ebenfalls perfekt.
Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer Fenster Bereich. Schmutz im Rahmen der Schiebetür zum Garten. Wasserkocher unsauber. Spinnenweben an der Decke, anscheinend längere Zeit kein Staub gewischt. Schade.
