Loved the location and views. Perfect for access to both Burriana and the Balcon central area. Cibeles and Carabeo restaurants on the doorstep, both wonderful.
Sadly in need of TLC. Electrics in need of attention, eg. one bedroom main light and fan not working; second bedroom lamp not working. Bed linen seen better days but clean. Living area not very comfortable for relaxing and lack of drapes for huge windows left you very exposed in the evening. Goldfish bowl comes to mind.

La piscina está genial, la limpieza de las zonas comunes, impecable. Al lado del centro de Nerja y muy cerquita de la playa de Burriana La cocina muy bien equipada
Sería muy útil tener aire en las habitaciones. Hacía muchísimo calor y el del salón no daba suficiente para poder dormir sin calor, a pesar de los ventiladores del techo

Locatie was perfect! Dichtbij het strand.
Alles was prima. Op enkele onderdelen wat gedateerd, maar de locatie maakt het allemaal goed.
