Lovely old property with a good pool and extensive gardens. The house was generally comfortable and spacious and interestingly decorated.
It needs updating. The electricity regularly needed re setting. Electrician advised not enough power. Seemed to go off regularly regardless of what electrical equipment was on. Peeling paint on bathroom furniture. Bathroom tiles need replacing. General fresh coat of paint required. Ants everywhere, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen but also some in all the bedrooms.
