Strategic location - Easy access to F&B stores, convenience stores, mall, supermarket. night market and bank
Bed - Comfortable and enable to deep sleep in shorter time (due to very tired at that time XD)
Environment - Good view and no need to have fans open with windows open (cold weather)
House - Good decoration with brighter light, WiFi available and toilet facilities are ok
Big door before enter house - Difficult to open after unlocking, need to use more power to open
Water heater - A bit cold if switch heat to the max, the water will not so cold if switch to smaller water flow

Great location, superb night activities. Near to every attraction (by car). Necessities are all available including groceries and pharmacy.
Situated aright above a hotpot restaurant. Roaches are very common. Efforts by the staff to keep unit clean can be seen however it was unable to prevent roaches.
