The location was excellent and it was spotlessly clean with great views over the harbour and bay. It was also well furnished.

There was no bin in the bathroom and the hairdryer was missing . A downside was the garage door would not work on our arrival so we could not enter the underground car park plus there were a lot of stairs to the property.

Had everything we needed, homely.

Stairs! 4 flights 😩 Main double bed uncomfortable, felt like was rolling out of it!

Ideal location

The five sets of stairs from car park to apartment. The party below which kept us all awake till 6am :( the fact we couldn’t get out of the garage as the roller door wasn’t working.

The keys for the apartment were in a lock box and we had the code however we were given a 5 digit code for the garage when the lock box for the garage key fob was only 4 digits, the remote to the garage left in the apartment didn't work. When I call the company they said well no one else has had this issue with the lock box, strangely after a further complaint we got a completely different code and told that the key fob needed batteries which they weren't able to sort during our one week stay. The lock box was in the most awkward place and actually trying to see the code needed a torch and much younger eyes than mine.

The flat was dark and dingy and we were worried how they got planning to have guests without a fire exit plan, which we couldn't see would be possible.
