Het appartement staat op een fijne, goed te bereiken locatie en is een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Het appartement is voorzien van genoeg kookgerei e.d en heeft zelfs een wasmachine. De eigenaar en haar dochter zijn heel goed bereikbaar.
Iets minder was het dat het ontbrak aan een gevoel van sfeer en liefde voor het appartement. Er was weinig aankleding, bijvoorbeeld geen gordijnen etc. Het tweepersoonsbed ligt erg hard Het stapelbed heeft wel fijne matrassen.
