Ubytování splnilo požadavky. Jelo 5 párů a bylo pět ložnic, sice jedna jen s jednou postelí, kde se doplnila matrace na zem. Společný prostor je jeden malý v patře u schodů a kuchyň v přízemí (zařízená, velká lednice, nádobí k dispozici). Možnost grilování a posezení venku. Dobré místo pro start na túry po Šumavě. Wifi fungovala. Využila se bouda na kola s visacím zámkem. Přes park cca 200m vynikající hospoda U Grobiána (prej Staropramen) a vedle hned samoobsluha s potravinami COOP. Asi 500m bufet s čepovanou Plzní.
Počasí, ale to neovlivníš. Místy nízké stropy v chalupě pro dvoumetrové chlapy. Před vstupem lavička, které byla v havarijním stavu. Zde by si to zasloužilo vylepšit a lavičku vyměnit a přidat další. Příliš strmé schodiště do patra. Parkování aut by se taky mohlo trochu vylepšit.
