House center of Athens, near Acropolis

Ambiente accogliente e pulito, la struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Tuttavia nella piazza circostante ci sono diversi locali che rendono più vivo e piacevole il soggiorno. A meno di dieci minuti a piedi si trova una fermata della metropolitana che vi permetterà di raggiungere il centro con facilità. Il cortile all’aperto può essere sfruttato per stare all’aperto.

Location is excellent, walk to Koukaki for a coffee and then hope on the metro at Fix for a stop or two to the very center / major tourist sites. The home itself is beautifully done, you feel worlds away from the hectic to and fro of the city proper but you're so close. Absolutely beautiful restaurant called Park Bench literally on your doorstep, super nice staff and incredible, creative food at very manageable prices. Lots of locals eat there so you know it's good. Host is such a charming, helpful man, went above and beyond several times. An awesome place no matter how long or otherwise you've been in Athens. Definitely not the cookie-cutter generic airbnb and trust me that's a good thing!! Beautiful unique spaces, the courtyard is to die for.

The owners were great

The other shower toilet was not ready for use we has to clean up Property first as there were four of us and were very clear in terms of two baths

The courtyard was a great private space. The location to restaurants and bar provided great ambience. Communication was fantastic. Owner and friend were above and beyond when we locked ourselves out of the house. The main bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of linens.

AC was not cooling enough and made noises pretty regularly, enough to wake us up. Adding some fans for comfort. For public transportation, there was a bit of a walk - manageable for us, maybe not for others. Shower frame was dangerous for tall people (hubby and son are 6’3”)
