I like to close proximity to the place that i need to be and the owner is very helpful.
Need to walk up to get to the apartment. But it is not the owners fault, i was already aware of it.

I love how beautiful the house decoration. The equipments that they served also good. The swimming pool so good as it is 1.35m for adults and 0.6m for children.
No lift to go upstairs as it is in 4th floor. For elderly people they will become easily tired. The neighbours at downstairs make a loud noise. Quite disturbing.
