La struttura è nella zona industriale di Salerno, ma il centro è raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti. È un luogo molto tranquillo e circondato dal verde, i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. La camera è, in effetti, un miniappartamento con un'ampia camera da letto matrimoniale dotata di tutti gli arredi, un piccolo corridoio con frigorifero, tostapane, scaldalatte, bollitore per tisane, un ampio bagno. All' interno della camera sono presenti stoviglie e cibi confezionati per la colazione, nel frigo ci sono acqua, bevande e yogurt. Il bagno è provvisto di asciugamani, saponi e perfino prodotti per la cura dei capelli (shampoo, spuma per capelli). La pulizia è accurata e ogni mattina l'appartamento viene riordinato e pulito.
Le camere sono "a tema", la mia era dedicata alla Fenice, cosa che può non incontrare il gusto di tutti. Ho trovato solo un po' scomodo il lavandino del bagno che aveva il rubinetto laterale invece che centrale.
