Nos encantó la ubicación: a 5 minutos de la playa, CC San Agustín al lado, cercano a la autopista.. Es un edificio tranquilo y la zona es muy buena. La terraza es enorme. Nosotros siempre encontramos sitio para aparcar en la misma calle. La TV con smart TV muy bien.
Sabíamos de antemano que tenía escaleras pero como punto negativo son unas escaleras de caracol un poco incómodas para un carrito de bebé. Algunos elementos de la vajilla muy viejos y deteriorados como las cafeteras italianas.

Excellent location close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Great terrace when you can relax.
There were stairs (no elevator) to the apartment, which can be a problem if you are traveling with a baby stroller for example.

El estado de conservación, había cucarachas y arañas, ruido fuerte en las tuberías de agua cuando abres el grifo, desagüe terraza atascado, rodapiés rotos y mueble cocina donde va la basura con bisagras desencajadas que no se puede cerrar
