Przemyślana aranżacja mieszkania, kompletne (poza ręcznikami) wyposażenie, szczelne okna - mieszkaliśmy tu zimą, szczelność okien ma wtedy znaczenie ;). Ciche otoczenie, lokalizacja blisko centrum Krynicy Morskiej i Mierzei Wiślanej. Sprawa bardzo ważna dla nas: bezproblemowy dostęp dla osoby na wózku inwalidzkim.
Apartamentowiec usytuowanym jest na skarpie, parking znajduje się u jej podnóża za domem, podczas gdy wyjazd na ulicę jest od frontu, na szczycie skarpy. Oznacza to, że od miejsca parkowania do bramy wyjazdowej jest NAPRAWDĘ stromy podjazd. Zimą jego pokonanie było prawdziwym wyczynem, ponieważ podjazd NIE był odśnieżony, posypany piaskiem czy w inny sposób przygotowany do podjechania pod górkę. Za to zdecydowany minus.
