Przestronny pokój z wygodami.
Wietrzenie tylko przez drzwi do ogródka/ pokój na parterze/, bez wersji uchylnej. Powodowało to konieczności zamykania wietrzenia na noc dla celów bezpieczeństwa i duszność w pokoju w nocy.

Okno i drzwi balkonowe w pokoju powinny mieć zamontowane rolty dzień-noc, gdyż bez tego jest brak prywatności. 8
