Căsuța Bunicului

What a fairytale dream this place is. The veranda and the large garden are truly one of a kind, with a wonderful view stretching out over sheep grazing in the meadows, dark forest, and mountains in the background. There's nothing better than sitting in the hanging chairs in the evening with a beer, or in the morning with coffee, just soaking in the silence. We had four days there with temperatures around 36/37°C, which is tough with small children. But we were so lucky to be exactly there for it. Monica, the host, arranged a small pool for the kids so we lacked absolutely nothing on-site. We even changed our itinerary to spend a full extra day just relaxing there. It was wonderful. The house itself is lovely and has everything you need: perfect for four people across two bedrooms, and nicely modern throughout.

If you want to find something negative: there's no AC, which would obviously have been nice at those temperatures. But it would be unfair to hold that against them, since it's never promised. And the zip line that sends you flying over the orchard through the (turned-on) sprinklers was an absolute highlight for the kids — and gave them plenty of cooling off, too!

Locație perfectă în natură chiar la ieșirea din Hațeg spre Mănăstirea Prislop . De aici se poate ajunge în 50 de minute la Cetatea Deva și 1 oră și 20 de minute la Cetatea Alba Iulia . În plus sunt foarte multe de vizitat în apropiere . Este un paradis pentru copii. Ai mei s-au bucurat tare mult de tiroliană și trambulină . Totul la superlativ . Curat și foarte bine întreținut. In bucătărie găsești tot ce ai nevoie. . Afară este și un grătar . Cu siguranță vom reveni !
