Lovely apartment, location and hosts.

The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely little balcony. The hosts communicated all information and it was an easy process to access the accommodation. The apartment had everything you could need and the location was perfect. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, we really enjoyed it.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man eventuell vergessen haben könnte. Netter Vermieter, sehr ruhige Lage.

Ein zu kurzer Aufenthalt

Eigentlich sind alle Eigenschaften der Wohnung schon von früheren Mietern benannt worden. Auch wir fanden sie auf Anhieb rundum gemütlich, geschmackvoll und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Sogar die kleine Küche ist eine besondere Erfahrung! Ich war hocherfreut, einen Kaffeefilter vorzufinden. Die Kommunikation mit Rosi & Leo funktionierte hervorragend.

Wir finden es generell unfair, eine Unterkunft extrem abzuwerten, ohne den Grund zu nennen.

Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem alten, sehr schön erhaltenem Landhaus mit sehr viel Charme und gewachsener Ausstattung. Es fehlte uns an nichts.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé à 15 min du lac Chiemsee, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Propriétaires charmants et accommodants, laissant beaucoup d'informations.

Le matelas de la chambre double (à mémoire de forme ?) était peu confortable mais c'était le seul petit défaut et ça n'empêchait pas de dormir

Gemütliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss

Eine Dachwohnung in einem gepflegten älteren Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, eine Flasche Wein und Snacks erwarten die Gäste. Die Küche hat die nötigsten Dinge, um schnell etwas zum Essen zu kochen (Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Spaghetti, Pesto im Glas, Kaffee, Tee ...). Man findet Spiele, Shampoo, Mückenschutz, Sonnencreme, Regenschirme, Informationen für Ausflüge und noch viel mehr. SUPER! So haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch waren die Vermieter flexibel, was die Abfahrtszeit betraf. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus!!!!! - FAZIT: Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wem alte Häuser nicht gefallen, der sollte wissen, dass der Boden knarzt, dass die Küche eng ist etc. Aber genau das macht auch den Charme aus! Wir hatten einen sehr heißen Tag erwischt, daher hätten wir uns einen Ventilator gewünscht.
