Private parking space, modern look of the apartment.
The apartment had both toilet desks broken/cracked, as far as cleanliness goes the apartment was really in bad shape. It looked like nobody cleaned in a long time. For the cleaning fee of 100€ that they charge, we were really dissapointed in cleanliness of the apartment. Dust on the edge of the bed, dirty rugs with staines, dirty window sills, ashtray full of old cigarettes, spider webs in the corners, old stains on the balcony floor with pieces of broken glass,, dirty curtains and so on...It's a shame.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre hat sich schnell eingestellt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit super freundlich, gefühlt 24h mit unseren Anliegen erreichbar und um Lösungen sehr bemüht.
Das WLAN, evtl. die Internetverbindung und das damit zusammenhängende TV-Angebot hat über die gesamte Zeit nicht funktioniert bzw. gestockt.

große, moderne Wohnung, großes Badezimmer, zwei Toiletten
im Komfort leichte Abzüge in der Bewertung durch bauliche Themen, die man dem Vermieter nicht anlasten kann: Wärmepumpe unterhalb der Schlafzimmer, Mangel bei der Duschabdichtung (muss behoben werden), morgens Baulärm von der Baustelle gegenüber, Haus wird Ende des Jahres sicherlich fertig sein.
