Small hiccup with picking up the keys
Wrong no on the keys and no tag to get to the lift
Rectified after a phone call
The TV reception wasn’t working
Don the property manager came to rectified the next day

Good location. Heart of Chinatown and CBD Sydney. Top floor level 18 apartment with 3 balconies. Great views of Darling Harbour fireworks. Awesome that it comes with a car spot.
Old apartment with a few things that could be improved to make all the difference. Main level bathroom has no lights. None. When I went to tighten a bulb I got the electric shock of a lifetime. Very dangerous. Cupboard door is missing in the kitchen. Wifi barely works upstairs. Google tv remotes were in the wrong rooms so didn’t work until last day, but no wifi upstairs anyways so didn’t matter. Downstairs bedroom aircon (portable) doesn’t cool. Bedrooms with portable aircons have masking tape to seal the window adaptors, which obviously doesn’t work.
