The apartment is in a great location and is really beautiful decorated
The fire detector system had a fault and was beeping all night, reaching the customer service was next to impossible, very poor service.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 2.
The unit was very clean, spacious and well equipped and maintained. It was walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Our biggest issue was the wifi and the help desk! (The login and password for the wifi was incorrect)
I called for assistance for 3 days (up to 6 calls per day) leaving voice messages and sending emails and nobody would respond. I finally got through on day 4 and asked for a manager because it was unacceptable and our stay was for 10 nights so we needed wifi for the laptop (and TV) immediately.
Finally we got help.
The other issue was there are no blockout blinds so it is extremely bright at night.

Beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. Aircon / heating, great shower. Relatively quiet given the location. Very comfortable bed and linen.
Useful touches like bottle of olive oil for cooking.
It was not well set up for work - only 1 PowerPoint in living space and I had to move the table near it to be able to work. (There is actually room there for a little desk).
The blinds are not black out so sleeping was hard - yes I had an eye mask but the body knows! Also not double glazed as in the photo I thought I was booking. Shutters would be very good in that bottom ground floor apartment.

Absolutely Everything!! Location is premium and the apartment is newly renovated, great size and the most comfortable. Very stylish and warm, with every single device or utensil you may need to spend a month in a luxurious and comfortable way.. I am so impressed I cannot wait to be back. Staff was so lovely and allowed me for early check in and late check out. It was the dreamiest stay and I would certainly be back. Truly impressed with this property 5 Stars!!
