A perfectly neat little gem of a place tucked away in a quiet street with local amenities close by.

The property is in a quiet private location with its own little private outdoor space. It was cozy and clean.

Very cute, Elizabeth left some goodies for us. Milk, butter and eggs always in the fridge was a great help for a weekend away racing. Beautiful and cosy space.

Compact but delightful

Compact but with everything you need. Lovely welcome basket able to make a drink on arrival and a sandwich. Layout is very well thought out with attention to detail. Outside area lovely to sit in during the evenings. Would stay again if in the area.

A hidden gem

This is a real gem and was in just the right location for our bike ride. Although tiny, the chalet has been brilliantly thought out and had absolutely everything we needed to prepare and eat our supper and then have a very comfortable night's rest. Thank you

Great little place to stay.

Easy to find. Great communication from owner before hand. Bijou place but had everything I needed. Bed comfort was exceptional. I slept very well. Nice to have a small private garden to use . Extra little touches like milk, tea/coffee, butter/bread and condiments made it welcoming.

Good stay

Well equipped and comfortable apart from the heating issue. Nice to have the welcome pack of essentials for breakfast. The owners have thought of everything that might be needed. The bed was very comfortable. The signal for the TV wasn't great and the picture kept breaking up, but we weren't there to watch TV.

Didn't like it that we couldn't turn the heating up or down ourselves. It was a chilly day and it was cold when we arrived. We expected the heating to kick in but it didn't so we messaged the owner. It was a while later that they messaged back to say that it had been turned up. It was also too chilly the next morning when we got up, particularly in the bathroom for having a shower, but as we were going to be leaving shortly we didn't bother messaging. Would suggest to the owner that it would be helpful to have a small electric heater available in the unit for guests to use if it is too cold.

Located near High lodge. Partner cycling and myself dog walking. Perfect size of outdoor space. Dog friendly.🐾❤️. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful, well laid out and great host!

The property is exceptionally well laid out. Great location for our long days at Snetterton. Comfortable and everything you could possibly need available. Great communication from booking to leaving with Elizabeth, though unfortunately we didn’t manage to meet her to say thank you as we were back late and out early.

COMPACT ACCOMMODATION

The welcome basket of provisions was appreciated. Off road parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Birds and squirrels in the nearby trees.

Storage space very restricted for clothing (no wardrobe - only two coat hangers hanging on the wall in the lounge/bedroom/kitchen area and a few drawers underneath a small padded seat) and kept most of our luggage in the car. We stored our food and provisions in these drawers. The two folding chairs, 2 seat pads and 2 cushions which were stored in a storage box outside felt cold and damp when we used them. There was no radiator or heated towel rail in the shower/toilet area. There was no wall mirror over the very small sink in this room as a mirror had been positioned over the toilet, which I did not feel appropriate. The whole unit got very cold and there was no visible way for us to control the heating Eventually I went to the house of the host to complain and I was informed that it was under floor heating which they controlled from the house and they "would give it a boost". As there was no way of drying the bath towels we had to ask the host for replacements half way through our 7 night stay. No stickers on portable appliances to confirm that they had been PAT tested. The operating instructions on the microwave were worn and impossible to read. The accommodation which is a converted garage is extremely compact, looks attractive and very clean, but we felt it to be more suitable for an overnight/short stay rather than the 7 nights we had booked.

Great Little find for a relaxing stay

Lovely property, everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great little garden with chairs etc.. Good facilities throughout, iron, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, toiletries etc…, fully equipped mini kitchen. Good selection of tea, coffee biscuits etc… Loaf of bread, eggs, milk, jam and butter in the fridge. Easy access to keys from the key safe.

No grumbles, but couldn’t get tv to work (may just have been us though!)
