Lovely cosy cottage

As advertised, cosy cottage with USP being wood burning stove in lounge. Rooms very spacious and done out to lovely rustic charm. Situated right in centre of Litcham this house provides a nice base to explore local area and beyond.

Entrance to rear feels like you are walking past everyone and sleeping them by stepping on gravel.

A lovely, comfortable cottage.

The cottage was really lovely, spacious, light and airy, with lots of character. Although I didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked and there is a washing machine. The location in the village is really good.

Off street parking wasn't always available.

"Cosy Cottage" says it all!

The property has loads of character and has a very homely feel, living up to the name "Cosy Cottage". It is very well located, ideal for touring the whole of Norfolk. It was spotlessly clean and absolutely everything you might need was there. The owners left clear instructions about how everything worked and good directions for arrival and check out. Parking was very easy.

My one criticism is the kitchen step, it is well marked as a trip hazard, but still I managed to tripped on it a number of times each day, don't let this put you off booking - but please try to remember it is there.

Lovely cottage.A few steps that were a bit awkward for my Mum as she is registered blind,but we cope

Bed linen could have been better quality.e.g. 100% cotton.Single duvet very hot for the summer and poor quality. Court yard could be made more attractive as it's the only outside space.Tiles very green and slippery in the rain.Paint peeling on the walls.A few nice easy to maintain flower pots would look nice.

The house is spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed.

Step in kitchen is trip hazard. Oven shelves and trays could do with a scrub. Excellent lighting in house apart from over the cooker - bulb gone. These were minor issues for us but worth putting right.

The property was bright, airy with no clutter. Nice stroll from the door to Litcham Common. Quiet village.

Cosy Cottage lived up to its name & was s delight to stay in!

A beautifully presented property, excellent mix of old & new gave a very homely feel to the cottage. Very well furnished with all modern comforts both upstairs & down. A well furnished kitchen had all the amenities to be able to cater for me (but also a larger family).

Cosy village cottage close to pub, chippy and convenient store.

beautiful cottage in a lovely small village. loved the Christmas decorations thank you. comfortable beds, lovely shower. bonus extra toilet downstairs. everything you need to cook. lovely cosy and warm. would highly recommend.

very dark and difficult to find the back entrance at night. it's dark by 4.30pm. check in not till 4pm. just take a torch you will be ok. my phone battery was almost flat so made it hard work. otherwise beautiful place.

De inrichting was supersmaakvol en typisch Engels!

Veel zwaar verkeer wat je niet verwacht in zo'n kleine dorpskern maar blijkbaar was er een wegomleiding wat verder op de grote weg die het verkeer afleidde.
