What stands out the most was the staff. They all deserve a raise please. They were polite, respectful and looked very professional and willing to help. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was nice, the hotel environment astonishing very clean and aesthetically appealing. My list is endless I highly recommend.

The hotel does not live up to the “boutique” concept suggested by its name. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing: the floor was dusty and the carpets looked noticeably dirty. Although the room is designed to accommodate up to four guests, it was not properly prepared for that number of people. Basic items, such as towels and glasses, were provided in insufficient quantities. Another extremely negative aspect of our experience was the Pool Party hosted by the hotel over the weekend, which was also open to the general public. I believe this information should be clearly stated in the hotel description on booking websites, as it can significantly affect the experience of guests looking for peace and relaxation. To make matters worse, the room did not have adequate soundproofing. As a result, we had to endure loud music during a part of our trip that we had specifically set aside to relax. Unfortunately, considering all these issues, the overall experience fell well below our expectations.
