'Bridgehampton' A Luxury Beach House Dream

1. no kitchen paper towel/facial tissue box provided 2. need more kitchen towels for swap and wash (only 2 provided) 3. need to upgrade the foldable clothes liner (half broken)

Pool was lovely and was solar heated. Catherine Hill Bay beach was quiet and had life guards on duty. It is a drive from the home though. Beach access via foot was very pretty but quite a walk and not suitable for small children or older adults. House was very spacious for 5 adults, however bunk bed is not suitable for taller adults.

No food and dining options nearby and no food delivery services (Uber etc). The nearest supermarkets are 15 min drive north on the highway so suggest taking some supplies for the first night if travelling. No BBQ facilities was also a bit hard when cooking in summer. Dishwasher was not working for our entire 10 day stay so that was very disappointing given the high price paid for the home. Car parking was also very limited given all the caravans parked in the street and large cars don't fit in the garage.

The layout of the property was good and perfect for a large group of guests.

When we arrived the floor was still wet after been mopped, which resulted in my 2 year old falling over. It was very dusty and dirty in places. Toilet roll holder and towel holder fell off in the bathroom. Fly screen missing in a door and fallen off in another door. Outside waste bins had not been emptied for us to easy dispose of rubbish.
