The property was in a lovely location right on the lake and was very spacious. The hot tub was a lovely addition to our stay.

When we arrived there was an awful smell, some of the windows didn’t lock, the place looked like it had been locked up for a few months before our arrival and then a quick clean before we arrived. The main bathroom shower door was broken, stains on the carpet, the walk in wardrobe had no light, the veranda had fairy lights that were hanging down and covered in cobwebs, there were no baking trays and only 1 wine glass for a house that can sleep 8+ people, The downstairs was very cold and was told that we would get some heaters but these never arrived, my husband also did most of the repairs that needed doing himself due to the host not responding to him. We felt a bit disappointed on arrival. We did however meet the owner of the property who apologised about the house and said that he did not know about these issues and would be looking at getting the house back in to shape.

Location perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do. We enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the great view. Very relaxing.

Not much but if I wanted to nitpick some teaspoons in the kitchen would have been nice.

Location was terrific, house is huge, bedrooms are good size. This house should have been inspected and readied for next tenants prior to our arrival. Someone is NOT doing their job.

Filthy, mouldy curtains, ceiling mould in dining area, having to search the ENTIRE house to eventually find the coffee mugs in the unemptied and mouldy dishwasher, Photos of all this to be attached. Mould growing on the desk and keyboard pullout in office/study. We were too afraid to attempt to use the hot-tub.
