- bel espace
- il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et il fait froid dans le salon, heureusement que l’agence nous a fourni un chauffage portable électrique
- les fauteuils du salon sont inconfortables
- la ventilation des toilettes fonctionne en permanence et est très bruyante
- Les lits sont petits
- problèmes avec les ascenseurs pendant notre séjour (appartement au 3e!)

Un appartement convivial, "vintage" dans sa belle conception des années 70, au bord de l'Arve, avec une terrasse ensoleillée et une immense vue sur les montagnes. Ascenseur, parking privé, à 2 pas des remontées mécaniques.
L'appartement est bien entretenu et propre. Avec les limites de son âge, mais ne changez rien !
Un produit d'entretien (?) qui dégage un "parfum" (?!) extrêmement persistant impossible à évacuer malgré plusieurs jours d'aération. Pénible !
(des lits un peu plus haut de gamme et esthétiques amélioreraient l'ambiance de la mezzanine - il sont néanmoins confortables. Bien pour 3 personnes mais on peut aussi en réunir 2 pour faire un grand lit.)

There is so much that could be improved in this apartment, but fundamentally we felt safe here and would absolutely stay again. It's not perfect and it's dated but it has a certain charm.
Location was good for Argentiere
It was pretty clean (the linens and towels were immaculate but it's a bit if a dust hoard)
View particularly at night was good
Warm.
Parking wasn't always closed to public so could be difficult and limited.
Decor is dated and no sofa or comfy seating, bench seating.
Very steep stairs to bedroom and shower room.
Shower is a tap with shower but no bracket so it's a hose yourself down scenario.
Zero response from staff via their preferred WhatsApp method.
No wifi (although this is in listing but I didn't notice, because who doesn't have wifi)
Three single beds, clean and comfy but more suited to friends than a couple.
