Fantastic base to explore Ksamil

Wonderful stay - property is spacious, clean and in a fantastic location - close walking distance to all the action (restaurants, beaches, supermarkets), yet far enough away to not be noisy. Host is very responsive for anything needed.

A perfect quite place in the center

WOW, it was one of the best places we've ever been. Everything was perfect. The surrounding was very quiet although we were less than 5 minutes' walk to the center. The communication with Vassili was excellent. Everything was very clean- The apartments (we took 2 of the 3 apartments that he has), and the pool was cleaned daily. Everything was brand new. We are already waiting for our next vacation on Luxury Villa JO-AN. Thank you for everything!

A very pleasant apartment villa for our family of five (3 bedrooms, all with Air conditioning) pool!

Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to others. Wonderful stay here with our family of five for three nights. Super clean and most of the facilities worked great...especially the air conditioning. Each room had it's own unit (3 bedrooms and 2 in the main room/kitchen), so it cooled off very nicely upon arrival each afternoon/evening. Very good food options nearby for all meals (breakfast bakery 2 blocks, tons of markets with fresh fruit and grocery stores, dinner with sunsets, etc.) It is definitely a 10-12 minute walk from the beaches, but that means you are away from a lot of the busyness and noise from the nightlife and traffic too... Which we ended up liking the distance and quiet.

The only downside was that the google maps link the marketing person shared with me (not the host)...originally took me to the wrong street on the backside of the property. Could have just been my phone but it created a little bit of a frustrating check in since we got there super late one night. Guests should probably know exactly which street it is on in case the same thing happens on your Google maps GPS. But the host ended up meeting us there late and was super hospitable the entire time--very responsive. Hopefully the microwave got fixed b/c that was the only thing we wished we had while we were there. Oh and don't drink the water, even if you boil it. We read it has long term effects...so stick with bottled water everywhere.

Great location, walkable to Main Street and enough restaurants in the nearby area, supermarkets close by too. The owners on hand whenever required, and very kind gestures such as giving fresh salads from the garden Huge apartment with a shared pool Good WiFi

The neighbours dog was loud a few times early in the morning, not a big problem but a small nuisance

Clean, spacious and modern central apartment

Super modern, clean and walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Fully equipped kitchen, hair dryers, iron, everything you could possibly need! Beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers and large wrap around balcony with plenty of seating. Very helpful owner, answered questions quickly and allowed a late check out. Would highly recommend.

Die Wohnung war wirklich luxuriös. Viel Platz, sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nicht mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem zentral. Vasili und seine Familie war immer erreichbar, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind begeistert. Top Top Top 👍👍👍

Luxe weg van de drukte

Ruim appartement in kleinschalig complex. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand (<10min). Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. Appartement heeft alle faciliteiten en zwembad met luxe ligbedden. Heerlijk relaxen

Alles prima, alleen Ksamil is erg toeristisch en strand is overbevolkt, daarom was de kleinschaligheid top
