My room looked just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a fridge, kettle and washing machine which was an added bonus. The Terracity mall and sea are only a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Hayal Fener from 4 to 8 April 2026.
Booking through Agoda was smooth and upon contating the property, I got an immediate response....in Turkish.
The property is in a safe and decent neighborhood with shops, Terra City Shopping Mall, restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking is available.
The guy at the reception, the only staff on duty together with a part-time cleaner, was grumpy and not at all pleasant to deal with.
The room appeared clean. But the door did not fit properly into the door jam and I knew it was going to be loud. True enough, banging doors, late guests, loud conversations on the floor and other rooms, kept me up until the wee hours. Even showers and toilet use in other rooms sound like they are happening in your own room.
Much to my disappointment neither the washing machine nor the stove in my appartment worked. Trying to solve the problems through a translation app and with the grumpy vis a vis was as hopeless as trying to get in touch with management.
The problems were solved next day late afternoon. The other really annoying fact about this property is, the do not allow a person on property without paying an extra 750. --TrL. I needed to meet with business and travel partners and was not even allowed to bring them into the, granted, extremely small lobby !! Never in all my extensive travels haveI encountered such foolishness
Upon contacting Agoda about the issues, I was told 5 days later and after my departure, that, unfortunately, nothing could be done about the complaints I had.
Eventually, after telling Agoda off, a voucher of 10% of the money paid was offered, to be redeemed at a another booking.
Thanks but no Thanks Agoda !!!
