NXT STATION DELUXE APARTMENT

The owner seemed a nice guy and met us on our arrival and showed us around the apartment. The main advantage of the apartment for us was its proximity to the railway station. The whole apartment was clean and everything was in working order. There is a nice wine bar a few houses away in the street which serves food as well and there is a small food shop and a kebab place in the same street a few houses away as well although we didn't actually visit these. It was also nice that we did not have to carry a key with us during the day. Passport details were collected before arrival via WhatsApp. There is a small lift that you can use to get to the apartment which is on the 4th floor. This would not take 2 people with a lot of luggage but we travelled with just small suitcases so it was enough for us. The apartment has modern lighting and TV and coffe machine and we also received a bottle of water for free which was in the fridge. There is a small portable ironing base if you need to iron, but we didn't need to use it. There is also a small safe in the sleeping room. The room was quiet. We did notice on the first night that somebody was walking on the floor above us (although we didn't see stairs leading up from our floor) but not to the extent that this would be disturbing and we didn't hear any voices. Slight street noise and some church bell were somewhat audible but again not disturbing with the windows closed. In summer you have air-conditioning if you wanted to keep the windows closed. So altogether a pleasant place to stay for 2 people and it's spaceous as it has a separate living room/kitchen to the bedroom.

The only one thing is that we would arrange the shower door to open in the other direction to make it more convenient to step out of the shower but this is just a minor thing that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Я много путешествую, и придирчиво выбираю место для жилья. Но этот апартамент превзошёл все ожидания! Квартира после ремонта, всё чистое, современное, с чувством меры и вкуса.  В апартаменте есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобиться гостю: любая кухонная и хозяйственная  утварь, ассортимент чая, принадлежности для ванной.  Особенно тронуло, что с обеих сторон кровати на тумбочке есть не только индивидуальная лампа, но и удлинитель на пять розеток! Такого удобства я пожалуй, нигде не встречала. Да ещё в ящике комода есть на всякий случай разные переходники и провода для зарядки на любой разъём.  Доступ очень удобный, даже не нужно носить с собой ключ: вы просто набираете код.  Расположение оптимально: рядом и центр города, и любой транспорт, и вокзал, и большой супермаркет Carrefour.  Паоло идеальный хозяин, постоянно на связи, готов помочь.  Мы очень благодарны всем, кто так обустроил это жильё и заботится о нас. Обязательно вернемся сюда!

Loved this apartment - host is excellent ! Met us on arrival and we used a door code thereafter. Exceptiomnal facilities. Absolutley would recommend this aprtment - first class in all respects. Modern, trendy and beautifully appointed. It's 10 out of10 from me !!

Nothing to dislike - couldn't fault it.

We loved this apartment: beautifully renovated and designed, very spacious, equipped with all amenities one could wish for and more. And Paolo is an exceptionally helpful and accommodating host. Grazie mille, Paolo!
