    just stayed here overnight. the room was very big. but there was no elevator though my room.is just on tge 2nd floor

    It’s a good, economical hotel, but based on our experience, I would say it is more suitable for bachelors, students, or short stays rather than families with children. The room doors have glass panels that are quite transparent, which made us feel a little uncomfortable as a family. The bathroom was also very open and felt like it could be accessed too easily, especially since it was attached to the small restaurant area. Breakfast was quite limited, but considering the price we paid, it was reasonable and good enough. A special mention to the nanny, who was extremely helpful and generous. Since we had to leave early to catch our train and couldn’t have breakfast, she kindly packed breakfast for us to take along. The reception staff were also cooperative and helpful. Toiletries are limited, so I would recommend bringing your own. Water bottles were available at reception, but at an additional charge. As we were a group of five, we were given a room downstairs, which I wasn’t aware of when booking. This could be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with knee or mobility problems. Overall, our stay was comfortable and the staff were helpful. However, for families with children, I would recommend looking for a hotel with larger rooms, more privacy, and a few more family-friendly facilities. For the price, though, it is a decent and economical option for a short stay.

    Although the location was convenient and close to the main attractions, I was transferred to another hotel due to overbooking. I had planned to rest early, but the alternative accommodation was disappointing. There was no body soap provided, and the Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room. I even tried staying in the reception area to use the Wi-Fi, but I still couldn’t browse properly. Another issue was the lack of blackout curtains, which allowed outside lights to shine into the room and made it difficult to get proper rest. Overall, the overbooking and the lack of basic amenities made my stay inconvenient and frustrating. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I wish the alternative accommodation had been better prepared for guests, especially when it comes to basic necessities and a comfortable sleeping environment.
