    Loved how close it was to transport and the city. Plenty of food options nearby even a pharmacy. Only thing is that if you are taking a cab, the pickup is by the road. But will definitely book again! Safe and clean

    Perfect location for sightseeing. The room was spacious and the floor heating was a huge plus—it dried my laundry fast and kept the room warm without needing the AC. The interior is beautiful and cozy, even with limited sunlight. Note: Taxis can't stop right at the entrance, but it’s only a 1-minute walk from the drop-off point.

    I stayed at Urban Quarters for 4 nights. The check-in process was very efficient - they send you all the info ahead of time. However below are the 3 reasons why I didn’t enjoy my stay. 1) loud air condition: it works fine but randomly would make loud sound and once woke me up 2) Untidiness in the washroom: shower was clogged with hair and felt like it never got cleaned. There are also mold visible 3) I contacted the staff the second day regarding luggage storage after checkout (the fifth morning) They didn’t respond until an hour after the checked out time. That’s 3 full days, which says a lot about how inefficient the management is. I did ask for other ways of communication and didn’t get a response.
