Everyone working at the hotel was beyond helpful. Mohammed at the front desk explained everything i needed. Walid the driver was an amazing help taking the me anywhere i wanted to go. Ahmed my tour guide showed me so much and taught me more than i could learn in books.

All of the staff were very very kind and helpful to me and my mother.The hotel is in short distance to the pyramids and some shopping, however it is a tourist area, so the hotel can not control everything. Not too far from the hotel there were children peddling which can be uncomfortable, however you also should come with an open mind. Every country is not the same. This hotel was a good choice and I have no regrets about staying.

Best location, as close to the pyramids as you can get. The room was perfect and with the best ever breakfast included. Dina helped us a lot with useful tips and made us feel at home. Thanks to Dina and the rest of the staff!
