Comprised of 2 vacation rentals: Das Steinhaus & Blue Eyes, this beautiful property features 5 total bedrooms, 4 total bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, a pool at each house and a hot tub at Blue Eyes, plus so much more. At Das Steinhaus, you'll find 3 beds and 2 baths, plus a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and the outdoor entertainment area. A private pool and hot-tub, plus an outdoor TV, gas grill, and fire-pit make this the perfect place for the whole family to gather. Nearby, Blue Eyes features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room, plus plenty of peace and quiet! Located on the same family ranch and just a short distance from each other, this is the perfect property for getting the whole family together, whether it be summer vacation or a holiday getaway!
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Check in is 4pm
Check out is 11am
No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
Daily housekeeping is not provided
Park in designated areas only
Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
