This brand new, 2023 constructed tiny home promises a unique and cozy getaway for you and your loved ones. With one bedroom featuring a luxurious queen bed and an additional sleeping loft equipped with another queen bed and a TV, this tiny home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees).
As you approach Beaver's Tail, you'll be enchanted by its picturesque location near a seasonal creek, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene sounds of nature throughout your stay. F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.

The tiny house is in a great location close to the hiking trails and coffe in town.

This is designated as a tiny house, but the photos do not clearly portray the size of the property or the house... especially the loft! The photos make it appear larger than it is. Note that you must crawl to get around in the loft (or crouch very,very low).
For the most part the house is nice and it was pretty clean. HOWEVER, the chairs on the deck just outside the front door were not clean and they are not waterproof and reatain water. Also, there were hairs on the sheets, pillow coverings, and the covers on the bed in the bedroom (appeared to be from an animal). We never used the loft so cannot speak to the bedding there.
The shower leaked a little bit and the toilet paper holder which stands next to the shower showed rusting. The toilet seat slides to one side or the other which is bothersome.
There was a coffee maker but because the water resrvoir did not look clean never made coffee.

Property was very nice, the perfect size for the 2 of us. We had a slight problem with the hot tub when we arrived but received excellent and prompt customer service to correct the problem. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Easy check in and out. Beautiful surroundings that make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, while only being 2 miles from town.
