Truly a phenomenal location, just a few minutes from Cranmore Mountain and North Conway Village. An incredible home base for exploring New Hampshire's White Mountains, this Bartlett retreat is one your family will return to for years to come. In this serene, rural setting, you'll find an epicenter of relaxation and entertainment, from the private hot tub and sauna to the fun-filled game room downstairs.
This two-story home sits on an expansive, tree-lined property, about two miles east of the White Mountain Highway. It's a prime location for alpine sports, with Cranmore (two miles) and Attitash (nine miles) close by. Go shopping in North Conway (three miles), treat your kids to a day at Story Land (six miles), and hike Diana's Baths and Cathedral Ledge for a series of spectacular views (less than six miles). The Kancamagus Highway (eight miles) and the Mt. Washington Auto Road (23 miles) make wonderful day trips as well.
The warmer months are for spending time outside, and there's plenty of space to do so in this tranquil, private glen. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch, watch your kids play tag in the grass, and host afternoon barbecues on the gas grill. In the evenings, enjoy s'mores and stories around the firepit and soak in the hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.
As you step inside and shed your gear in the mud room, you'll be greeted by large spaces that are ideal for gathering. A party of 10 guys enjoyed a solid fall New Hampshire foliage golf weekend. The house was perfectly situated for all of our party and had more than enough amenities while we were at the property. Nice and quiet and serene. Being in the hot tub at night was great with the crisp fall air!
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to house multiple families for your gathering.

House was perfect for our big group of friends celebrating Father’s Day and floating the Saco. Everyone had a bed and the kids had plenty of space outside to enjoy themselves.

Code to house was incorrect, couldnt get in. No cell reception to call Vacasa the vacation management company. When I texted them about an issue with the a/c they couldnt find my reservation even though I provided address, dates, name, confirmation #. The house was near 80 degrees. I asked them to call the owner and to contact us back. They did not. 2 hours dealing with them with no solution. Was a fustrating way to start our trip and a very hot stay.
The house was beautiful lots of room for family and kids.
