This was a clean and beautiful home in a quiet area of Sedona. All we could hear was the waterfall in backyard. Walking in the neighborhood was an adventure and we saw javelinas and rabbits in the morning. Host communication was on par. Will definitely return!

Everything about the property was perfect! The location and views were amazing! Comfortable beds! They truly thought of everything. I wish we had more than one night to spend there. It's located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the busy town, but far enough to give you a peaceful, serene stay.

This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning rockwall backdrop — it truly feels like a getaway all on its own. Everything was spotless, well‑kept, and stocked with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the abundance of towels.The pool was definitely on the colder side, but the hot tub was perfect and made up for it. The only thing that caught me off guard was having no cell service at the house. Wi‑Fi was provided, but I wasn’t able to make phone calls during our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic rental for both adults and my boys. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.
