This is a Canal front, non-smoking, and non-pet friendly Multi-Level Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths located in the beautiful Pirate's Cove Resort! Accommodating 6 with a 3 night minimum stay, this condo is located close to the Community Pool / Hot Tub, Clubhouse & Tennis Courts and also comes with covered parking space for your boat or jet ski trailer. This condo does not have an assigned dock space, but one may be rented from the rental office within walking distance from the condo, these are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Master bedroom is located on entry floor with King Bed and view of canal and access to furnished deck. 2nd and 3rd bedroom are on the top floor with a Queen in one room and a Bunk bed in the other. The property has Flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, covered deck with furniture, and outdoor shower by covered parking spot. 2 vehicles maximum are allowed at the building. This is a walk-up condo on the 2nd floor of the building, The condo has 2 floors as well.

Overall a good place to stay. However, it was not clean upon arrival. Quite a few long strands of hair on two of the bathroom floors, crumbs on floor in bathroom, dishes in dishwasher we had to dry and put away, dirty sheets in master closet, trash under luggage rack when we moved it, children’s clothes in one of the bedroom dressers, etc. The condo is beautiful. Advertised as 2nd floor condo but it is actually 3 levels up.
