Charming rural house for 5 people
Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this family rural house with a private swimming pool, located near Alhaurín el Grande and Coín, just a few minutes by car from these urban centres. Its natural environment will allow you to explore wonderful landscapes such as Barranco Blanco or El Refugio de Juanar, and if you wish, travel to the Costa del Sol or the Axarquía, passing through Málaga centre to enjoy its rich cultural and gastronomic offer.
This 100 m² house has access on the ground floor, ideal for the comfort of everyone. The owners live in an adjacent house with an independent entrance, guaranteeing your privacy throughout your stay.
The exterior is a true paradise: a spacious private swimming pool with comfortable stairs and a bar for greater safety, surrounded by a beautiful garden with natural shade. From the porch, equipped with outdoor furniture, you can watch the little ones while enjoying the outdoors. Access to the accommodation is through this porch, which leads to a cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas and television for those moments of family relaxation.
The kitchen, independent but communicated through beautiful arches, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, perfect for preparing any meal with ease and comfort.
Regarding rest, the house offers three bedrooms for 5 people: one with a double bed that includes a small en-suite bathroom (without shower or bathtub), another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. The two main bedrooms have windows to the outside and wardrobes for your luggage. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the common areas.
The house is equipped with free internet connection and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating with heat pump, fan, mosquito nets in all rooms and a television. It also has a fireplace, barbecue and children's area for the enjoyment of the whole family. For greater comfort, there is covered parking in the same building and fenced plot.
If you plan to charge electric vehicles, please note that an additional charge will be applied for excess electrical consumption, at a fixed rate of 0.68 €/kW.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the large, private swimming pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from day one. We also want to give a special thanks to Maria, who gave us a warm and informative tour of the property upon arrival. She was so friendly and helpful, not just during check-in, but throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had, which we really appreciated.
We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa over the October half-term! Everything was exactly as described – the spacious layout, stunning views, and especially the large swimming pool made it a perfect retreat. The outdoor area was a highlight, providing plenty of space to relax and soak in the scenery. Our host went above and beyond, making us feel completely at home and even surprising us with a few thoughtful touches along the way. They were so friendly and engaging, making our experience even more memorable. We couldn't recommend this villa more for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful (part of a finca), really in the Campo. Amazing garden and pool to enjoy the heath. The house has everything you need: full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 with airco, bathroom and 2 toilets. Also lots of books, games and pool supplies for the kids to use. Juan and his wife are outstanding hosts, that really take care of you with little presents etc. We would come back for this. The only downside was Alhaurín el Grande, not really much to do besides a good supermarket and some restaurants. But Fuengirola is a 25 min drive and has everything you want. Great stay, great holiday!
