We could not have asked for a better property. It was as spacious as advertised. The lake and surrounding area are so beautiful. The owner could not have nicer! My brother's kids are at the age that they'd rather be with their friends than hang out with dad and aunt.They were never bored. We plan on coming back in the near future.

Very well stocked house! It was a great setup having adults and teens. The view was awesome and we loved the screened porch! The only thing we would do is open up the view to the water a little more. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place on Lake Martin. We originally booked 7 nights, and then were enjoying ourselves so much that we added an additional weekend, and then later added two more days after that for a total of 12 nights. Kevin was very accommodating and responsive. The home is very spacious and comfortable with lots of outside space to enjoy with your family. We decided to buy a wave runner during our stay and we were able to dock it on the private dock. We hope that we can come back to Kevin’s place in the future to enjoy more family time on the lake. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to relax with family and enjoy Lake Martin.
