The spiral staircase in the center leads to the 3rd bedroom loft. The unit shares access to the beach and dock with its two neighboring units.

-The beachfront is a rocky shore like most of Maine and is not a sandy beach
-The backyard, beach, and dock are shared with the two other units. Your patio and deck is private to your unit only
-This is waterfront that has High Tide and Low Tide. During Low Tide the water retreats and you will not be able to swim.
-Guests in the neighboring units may also have Pets
