Beautiful old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse, built around 1903, on the 3rd floor. There is a lift which can be reached after 7 steps.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a living room/bedroom. As is usual in the old Viennese town houses, there is a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. The WC is located in a separate room.

In the large bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 metres wide, in the smaller room a double bed 1.40 metres wide.
The living room has a dining table and a seating area, which can also serve as a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bay window with a high table and 2 bar stools.

Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and city bike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.

Everything your heart desires can be found in the immediate vicinity:
From daily necessities (ATM, farmers' market, clothing, bookshop, florist, toys) to sightseeing and culture (Volksoper, Vienna's English Theatre, Palais Liechtenstein, Votivkirche) and health (pharmacy, general hospital, personal trainer, yoga studio).

An absolute highlight is the Kutschkermarkt, just a 5-minute walk away, whose market stalls offer fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers as well as cheese, fish and meat specialities from Monday to Saturday.
