Appartamento pulito accogliente e soprattutto vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici.
La responsabile è stata gentilissima mi ha permesso di fare il check out oltre l'orario previsto
Stando su una strada principale la notte c'era un po' di caos per le troppe auto.
Ma comunque si può dormire senza problemi

Very clean and nice, public transport just in 50 meters. Coffee machine! Good shower (comparing with other showers I saw in the old buildings).
No AC in the room, just fan. At the current level of heat it was quite uncomfortable — windows must be opened all time when you are inside, fan is helping a bit, but then noise from the street doesn't allow to sleep well.

Communication from hosts is very good. Check-in is convenient and fast. Room is nicely furnished with things you need for a short stay. Many public transport options are available. Plenty of nice places to eat out close-by.
The Noise. Vienna Gürtel (ring-road) is probably one of the noisiest places in the city. And it goes on pretty much 24/7, albeit less past midnight, but enough to keep one awake. I had less noise sleeping on 4-engine 747 this year. Noise cancelling headphones, earplugs or getting properly hammered are your options. Apartment certainly requires external blinds. No AC with 30 degrees and even more noise with windows opened.
