About this apartment rental
This cute studio at Mariner´s Cove is on the 3rd floor with ocean view. It was remodeled with love and passion in March 2023. You will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation here in New Smyrna Beach. The Beach and the 27th park (restrooms and showers) is right across the street, you can choose if you want to walk 300 steps across the street and turn right to the NO driving site of the beach or you can take your car and go to the left on the ramp and you can park on your favorite spot right on the beach.
The Condo:
You will sleep in a queen size bed, take a break on a pull out chair, have a drink at the kitchen island or have dinner at the dining table.
You can also use the dining table as a workstation, outlets are under the table.
Guest access:
You are on the 3rd floor, you can use the elevator or the staircase.
Enjoy the fenced pool area with an outdoor shower and restrooms.
The renovation of the entire building is almost complete! The balcony partitions still have to be installed.
Other things to note:
Please follow all posted signs on the property.
Please follow the rules and be considerate of the residence.
You will find everything important in the Welcome Book on the table.

One of the nicest small couples or single condos I've stayed in New Smyrna in 40 yrs. Got to meet the owners Melanie and Thor and Great people and Melanie is super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it. All ready have. I'll be back

Condo was just as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Messaging with the host/hostess was very easy and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay again. They also had a wagon for the beach chairs and umbrella which was great to use!

It was the best property we ever stayed at in New Smyrna beach. The host was amazing and replied very fast. The condo was supplied with everything you could ever want for a perfect stay. It was super clean and convenient to everything. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We will definitely be back. Thank you Melanie and Thor.

We loved our time at the sunrise catch. It was spotless and furnished with everything imaginable for a beach vacation. It was nicely decorated and everything was new. We loved it.
