Very convenient location close to the beach.
I did not feel the condo complex was very kid friendly. Lots of “rules” that were difficult to follow with younger kids. We were even approached by a resident who asked us not to tell anyone about the rental, they enjoyed their privacy. The pool was too deep in the shallow end for the kids to play. Basically for swimming only. It was fine for adults. Also the advertised laundry room was sort of a disappointment. Money has to be loaded onto the laundry card through an app that required a lot of personal information before the machines would operate. One of the dryers did not work and had no out of order signage. A resident said she had reported it the day before, but unfortunately we ran it for 2 cycles and still came home with wet towels and clothing.
