Never miss a Gulf sunset in this spacious 3 BR waterfront condo overlooking the Anna Maria sound with access to a resort style pool, splash pad, playground and BBQ deck all at your doorstep in the Marina Walk condominium community. Guests staying over 30 days may take advantage of all the additional amenities the adjacent Harbour Isle community has to offer: three additional pools with sauna, modern fitness center, restaurant and bar, and beach club with bayfront views and a white sand beach. Take in a day at Holmes beach 0.8 mi across Manatee bridge or indulge in all that AMI has to offer!! Wind down each night with your private screened in porch viewing Anna Maria sound and enjoy the best sunsets you will see! Walking distance to marina, Compass Hotel and Floriday’s for a bite to eat or happy hour cocktail while you enjoy the water views. Beach equipment is included with rental. Unit is on the third floor facing the water with elevator access. There is assigned covered parking as well as extra parking in front of the building. We are new to the VRBO platform so there are no reviews but have been renting unit for two years and will do all we can to make this an enjoyable stay for you!

Beautifully decorated condo! Close to beaches. Quiet gated community. Beautiful views of the water Top notch accommodations as well as great communication with owner. Loved the pool and beach gear closet. Our daughters loved they each had their own room and bathroom. Will definitely refer friends and return again!

Our family spent 4 days, the condo was great and met all of our needs. The proximity to AMI was very convenient, we had no issues with getting to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the community pool every afternoon, the provided pool and beach accessories were great. The communication with Mike was good and he was quick to reply to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.
