About this apartment rental
Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1,664 sq ft condo overlooking beautiful Anna Maria Sound with incredible sunset viewing from the living room and spacious lanai. Our amenities include a clubhouse with covered seating, seasonally heated pool, splash pad, playground and BBQ grills. Several amazing beaches lie just across the Anna Maria Sound bridge. There are abundant shopping and dining options throughout the area. Margaritaville Floriday's restaurant and bar is within walking distance from the condo and periodically has live music to help settle in to the island vibe!

Long term guests (more than 29 days) have access to the Beach Club on the residential part of our community. The condo was great for the entire family! The pool and grill area were within a short walk. Very close to the stores and public beach areas.
