This like-new semi-detached home with a southwest-facing garden was completed in August 2023 and offers a stunning panoramic view of the open fields. The furnished patio is the perfect place to relax in the summer. Enjoy the peace and quiet while benefiting from the excellent location. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the sandy beach and the ferry terminal to Wangerooge Island or the seal colonies. It’s also not far to the “Cliner Quelle” with its swimming pool, wellness area, and fitness center, or to the center of Carolinensiel with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. You’ll have your own parking space as well as a storage shed with an electrical outlet for charging your e-bikes.
You are welcome to add bed linens and towels as optional extras for an additional fee.

The North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel charges a visitor’s fee.
No. 19 – Florentina Vacation Home:
This vacation home offers a luxurious, comfortable atmosphere and features a light-filled living area with a fully equipped, open kitchen. The adjoining terrace is ideal for enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the evening. Additionally, a guest restroom and a storage room with a washer-dryer are available on the first floor. The property features two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One has a double bed and a smart TV, while the other has two single beds and a beautiful view of the dike. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available. Wi-Fi is included.
The “Florentina” house is a place of relaxation where you can enjoy peace and quiet and an unobstructed view of nature.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
