Exclusive North Sea vacation in a prime location in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel at the “Polmanns Deichperle” vacation apartments
The “Polmanns Deichperle” building, newly constructed and completed in 2024, features four exclusive vacation apartments and is situated in an excellent location in the northern part of Carolinensiel. You’ll be vacationing right in the heart of the North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, within sight of the main dike and just a few minutes’ walk from the “Cliner Quelle.” The house is also not far from the historic old museum harbor. Carolinensiel-Harlesiel is located directly on the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
The vacation apartments in the house are furnished in a state-of-the-art style and designed with great attention to detail. They measure approximately 70 or 85 square meters and are therefore ideal for a wonderful North Sea vacation for 2 to 4 people or 2 to 6 people.
The building and the vacation apartments are very well equipped with everything you might need on vacation. For example, all vacation apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes with dishwashers, as well as free Wi-Fi, of course. The vacation apartments on the first floor have a furnished terrace, and those on the upper floor have a furnished loggia (covered balcony). In addition, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer for all guests, as well as a lockable bike storage room for guests’ bicycles.
Heading north, you can easily reach the tourist attractions around the beach in Harlesiel. In the other direction, you can walk to numerous shopping and dining options around the former sluice and trading port in Carolinensiel, which has now become our idyllic historic museum harbor. The restaurants will treat you to fine East Frisian seafood cuisine, and in the cafés you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
In the evening, you can sit at the harbor with a delicious glass of wine. Well… that is, if you can tear yourself away from your lovely, cozy vacation rental, where you’ll sit on the terrace or balcony until late into the night on balmy summer evenings and truly unwind.
At the idyllic harbor of Carolinensiel, you’ll delight in the sight of the flat-bottomed boats or the paddle steamer “Concordia II,” a replica of the old “Concordia I” from 1854. This paddle steamer operates a shuttle service on the Harle River, taking you from the museum harbor past the “Cliner Quelle” spa center, through the Friedrichsschleuse lock, and on to the marina in Harlesiel on the North Sea.
The North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel offers a wide range of vacation activities for children and adults. The “Cliner Quelle” spa center offers swimming, saltwater baths, and wellness treatments. The Carolinchen Club for fun and games is located in the spa center’s children’s playhouse.
