You will be charmed by this villa, its comfort, its breathtaking view of the sea, and its direct access to the beach.
This villa, offered by Antilles Exception, of 140 m² on two levels, is composed of 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.

-1 bedroom with a large king-size double bed (180/200) and its adjoining bathroom and toilet, which can be accessible to people with reduced mobility

-1 large covered terrace with sea view
-1 swimming pool (3.90 m x 2.50 m) with a lovely wooden gazebo with a lounge ideal for aperitifs
Upstairs:
-1 master suite with sea view with a King Size double bed (180/200) and a large bathroom equipped with 2 rain showers
-1 bedroom with a large King Size double bed (180/200)
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds
-1 independent bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms

The swimming pool area will be your privileged space... Unless the beach is your best choice!!!
And for the bravest, in front of the villa, the seaside will be the ideal place to walk and enjoy the sports course and water activities.

Beautiful beachfront villa in a gated neighborhood, the villa exceeded our expectations, even more beautiful than on the pictures. Easy communication with the property manager (from before the trip if I had any questions to during our stay). Very clean, complete with everything you need (to cook, clean, etc). Direct beach access, clean pool, great outdoor space. Air conditioning in every bedroom, very comfortable beds. Quiet neigborhood, close to every facilities and 1 minute walk to beachfront restaurants.
I would highly recommend.
Will be going back for shure.
