About this villa rental
Charming villa of 155m2 with private pool, tastefully decorated and with beautiful materials to allow you to have a pleasant stay.
Located in a quiet and residential area in the town of Moule, close (3 min) to all shops, the beach, surfing, the Damoiseaux distillery.
On one level, it consists of 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms:
- The "nature" master suite with its 180x200 bed equipped with a dressing room, a connected TV, a desk and its private Italian shower room ... absolute comfort!
- The "escape" children's/teenagers' bedroom with its 2 90x190 beds, dressing room and connected TV.
- The "midnight blue" bedroom with its 140x190 double bed and dressing room.
- And the "exotic" bedroom upstairs with its 160x190 double bed, dresser and wardrobe/mirror on legs.
A second Italian shower room with WC, countertop vanity unit in suspended quartz as well as separate toilet/sink in the hallway for guests.
The spacious and bright living area with a view of the pool is composed of a corner sofa, an armchair and a dining table.
Fully equipped and functional, the kitchen with its bar opens onto the large L-shaped terrace composed of a dining table and a relaxing lounge area.
In a setting of tropical flowers; the garden with its bioclimatic pergola + table and its grilled area a la plancha for meals with family or friends in the open air! Its secure private salt water swimming pool (heated at the end/beginning of the year) and its sunbeds, relaxation guaranteed!
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a wardrobe for household linen, beach towels etc...
Also all the baby necessities available (foldable cot, high chair and bathtub).
The villa is also equipped with a filtered water cistern.
